We called them to make sure they were open, then took both chairs to their site. They gave us an estimate which we agreed upon, and they said it would take one to two weeks. In less than a week they called us to tell us the chairs were repaired and ready for pick up. When we picked them up, they showed us what they had done, and charged us what they had estimated. The chairs both look nice and work well once again."
